What Webilly does, module by module.
Webilly covers the whole operational lifecycle of an internet provider in one tool: one login, one shared data model. Each page below goes into one module in detail — what it does, how it fits the stack you already run, and what changes in the daily work.
E-invoicing & billing Billing and e-invoicing for ISPs and WISPs Webilly issues electronic invoices in the Italian FatturaPA format and transmits them to the Sistema di Interscambio (SDI) via PEC; alternatively you download the XML and transmit it your own way. Subscriptions, collection, receipting, credit notes, dunning and suspension for non-payment live alongside the contracts themselves, so the order-to-cash cycle closes without manual hops between systems. Read more → CRM & contracts CRM and contract management for ISPs Webilly holds the full contract lifecycle — proposal, activation, changes, termination — connected to the customer, the network and billing. The portfolio is browsable on a filterable geolocated map, so you always know how many contracts you have, where they are and what state they are in. Read more → RADIUS & network RADIUS and network management for ISPs Webilly integrates with the FreeRADIUS you already run, at the MySQL database level: your Mikrotik and other devices keep authenticating exactly as they do today. What changes is that every network access is tied to a contract, so suspension for non-payment, bandwidth profiles and IP-to-subscriber lookups become management-system operations instead of manual work on the server. Read more → VoIP & CDR VoIP CDR rating and traffic management Webilly imports CDRs from any voice provider and rates them down to the single prefix, using price lists and destination clusters you configure yourself. Rated traffic flows straight into the contract's billing run, so there is no spreadsheet step between the provider's file and the customer's invoice. Read more → Helpdesk & field Helpdesk and field-technician management Webilly tracks every request from first contact to closure: tickets come in from your staff or straight from the customer, carry priorities and due dates, and turn into tasks assigned to technicians with their own schedule. Technicians work from their phone — job, customer signature, closure — and the customer gets an automatic message on every update. Read more → Customer portal Self-service customer portal Webilly's customer portal takes work off your helpdesk by letting customers do for themselves what they currently phone you about: viewing and paying an invoice, checking usage, opening a ticket and following its status. It reads the same data as the platform, so there is no synchronisation to maintain. Read more → Webilly AI Webilly AI: your data, asked in plain language Webilly AI turns a question asked in plain language into a guard-railed query on your database and returns numbers, tables and charts. The queries are constrained — the AI does not improvise its way into your data — and the engine is multi-provider: you can run it on Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini. Read more → Automation No-code process automation Webilly includes a node-based workflow builder for automating an ISP's recurring processes without writing code: the activation path of a contract, dunning, customer messaging, handovers between the office and the field. What lives today in a habit or a reminder becomes a process that runs itself. Read more →
