What Webilly costs
Webilly starts at €99 + VAT per month. The fee depends on a single variable — how many active subscribers you manage — and covers every module in the platform: e-invoicing, contracts, RADIUS, VoIP, helpdesk, customer portal, field-technician app, inventory, automation and Webilly AI. Nothing is sold as a separate module.
What drives the price
One variable: how many active subscribers you manage. You do not pay for the internal users who log into the platform, for the modules you switch on, or for the number of features you use.
The bands we work from
- Under 500 subscribers
- 500 – 2,000 subscribers
- 2,000 – 10,000 subscribers
- Over 10,000 subscribers
A quote starts from your band and accounts for the integrations you need. Below 500 subscribers, the starting point is the minimum fee.
What the fee covers
- Every module in the platform, with no separate licences
- A dedicated installation: your data does not share a database with anyone
- Migration of customers, contracts and history from your current system
- Hands-on support configuring price lists, RADIUS and billing
- Italian-language support and product updates
- REST API and OAuth2 to integrate the rest of your stack
What is quoted separately
- Messages sent over third-party channels (SMS and WhatsApp), which carry a per-message cost from the provider you choose

How much does Webilly cost?

What makes the price change?
Only the number of active subscribers. Internal users logging into the platform do not affect it, and neither does which modules you choose to use.
Are any modules charged separately?
No. E-invoicing, contracts, RADIUS, VoIP, helpdesk, customer portal, field-technician app, inventory, automation and Webilly AI are part of the platform, not separate licences.
Is data migration included in the switch?
Yes. Migrating customers, contracts and history from your current system is part of onboarding, along with hands-on support configuring price lists, RADIUS and billing.
Do I have to budget for new hardware too?
No. Webilly integrates with the FreeRADIUS and the devices you already run: there is no hardware lock-in and no need to replace your network to get started.
