How it works

We look at your data
You send us an extract from your current system, in whatever format it exports. We tell you what comes across and what needs cleaning up first.

We run a trial
We load the data into a test instance and check it with you: contract numbers, recurring amounts, due dates.

We go live
You pick a date, we do the final switch, and from that day you invoice from Webilly. Your old system stays readable for as long as you want.

We switch cluvo on
We connect your WhatsApp Business number and activate the invoice and dunning templates. The first two months are included.
Migration FAQ
- Which platforms can I migrate from?
- Any ISP or WISP platform that can export its data: CSV, Excel, a SQL dump or direct database access all work. We have also migrated from spreadsheets and mixed archives.
- What exactly gets migrated?
- Customer records with contacts and billing details, active and terminated contracts with their history, commercial plans, price lists, options, add-on services and recurrences, invoice history and the open accounting position.
- How long does a migration take?
- It depends on how many contracts you manage and how clean the source data is. In most cases a few weeks pass between the first trial and going live, and your day-to-day work never stops.
- What is cluvo, and why is it included?
- cluvo is the platform Webilly sends WhatsApp messages through: invoices, dunning, ticket updates. The offer covers two months of it plus the setup with the invoice and dunning templates, so you start with the channel live, not just the platform.
- So what does it cost?
- Only Webilly's monthly fee, which starts at €99 + VAT and depends on the number of active subscribers. The migration, the cluvo setup and the first two months of cluvo are on us.
- How long does the offer run?
- It applies to contracts signed by 31 December 2026.
