What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your device to recognise it on later visits. They may be set by the site you are visiting (first-party) or by third-party domains, and serve different purposes: technical, statistical, or profiling.
Which cookies this site uses
This site uses no profiling, advertising or tracking cookies, first- or third-party, and sets no cookies of its own. It does not profile users and embeds no social widgets: the LinkedIn, YouTube and X links in the footer are plain links that open on those sites. The browsing language is determined by the page address (/ for Italian, /en/ for English), not by cookies.
Technical cookies
The site may use only strictly necessary technical cookies required for the operation and security of the pages, which do not require consent under applicable law. At present the site sets no cookies of its own.
Usage statistics
To understand which pages are actually useful we measure visits with Matomo, an open-source analytics package that we run on our own server, at the same address as this site: browsing data is never transmitted to a third-party vendor and never leaves Wenetwork srl's infrastructure. The measurement is configured without cookies and with IP anonymisation.
Matomo collects only aggregate data that cannot be traced back to a person:
- page visited, referring page and approximate visit duration;
- country of origin, device type, browser and operating system, in generic form;
- the IP address is truncated before being stored, no persistent identifier is assigned to the visitor, and no data is cross-referenced with other sites, shared or sold to third parties.
Because no personal data is processed and no profiling takes place, the measurement cannot identify or follow an individual user. Being a first-party tool, cookieless and with anonymised IPs, it falls within the case that the Italian Data Protection Authority's guidelines of 10 June 2021 treat as equivalent to technical cookies: no prior consent is therefore required and this site shows no banner. This notice satisfies the transparency obligation set by the applicable rules.
If you would rather not be counted, switch on your browser's Do Not Track setting: Matomo honours it and the visit is not recorded. Any script-blocking extension likewise prevents the measurement from loading.
Third-party resources
Web fonts are hosted directly on this site (self-hosted) and the pages embed no maps, videos or external widgets. No resource is loaded from a third-party vendor: visit measurement also runs on a server operated by Wenetwork srl, so browsing webilly.it establishes no connection to anyone else's infrastructure.

Personal data processing
Personal data collected through the contact form (name, company, email, phone, message) is processed by Wenetwork srl solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange the demo you requested. The legal basis is the consent given when the form is submitted. Data is not shared with third parties or used for marketing without explicit consent, and is retained for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up. Processing is carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
