Self-service customer portal

Webilly's customer portal takes work off your helpdesk by letting customers do for themselves what they currently phone you about: viewing and paying an invoice, checking usage, opening a ticket and following its status. It reads the same data as the platform, so there is no synchronisation to maintain.

In short

  • Invoices, payments and usage available to the customer
  • Ticket creation and request status, self-service
  • Parental control managed by the customer
  • Notifications on invoices and due dates
  • Same data as the platform, no sync to manage

The questions that stop reaching you

Most of an ISP helpdesk's volume is not faults — it is repetitive administrative requests. Moving them to self-service frees your technicians for the real problems.

  • Invoices viewable and downloadable as PDF
  • Online payment straight from the portal
  • Usage and traffic visible to the customer
  • Request status always available

Controls in the customer's hands

Parental control is managed by the customer from their own portal, without opening a ticket and without your staff getting involved.

  • Parental control the customer can switch on
  • Notifications for new invoices and due dates
  • Ticket creation with browsable history

Frequently asked questions

Can the customer pay an invoice from the portal?

Yes. The invoice can be viewed and downloaded, and paid online; the payment is then reconciled against the contract inside Webilly.

Does the portal need to be kept in sync with the platform?

No. It reads the same data, so there is no synchronisation to maintain and no risk of the two showing different information.
